Hannah & Thomas
Savannah, GA | Engagement
I am most definitely not a morning person. I once heard my son say to his brother when they were maybe three or four, “Shh, mommy hasn’t had a cup of coffee yet.” I’ll never forget that. I do most of my thinking and productivity at night. Which is why you always see my blogs come out around this time.
I am sure you might be wondering why I am explaining that on an engagement blog, its relevant.
When planning this session we didn’t have much of an option for time as Hannah and Thomas flew in from Chicago to Savannah to have their engagement session done and to also attend a wedding. Our schedules only worked out for a SUNRISE session. I said it sunrise.
I may or may not have shown up in make up from the day before, a hoodie, and a giant coffee that followed us everywhere.
All that said, I had the best time! Hannah and Thomas are in every way my people. I loved every second with these two. We talked about so many things. Real conversation that included important things. Like how they met and wedding planning. All of that was so beautiful but the deepest conversations were about Bob Ross and Alex Trebek and I will forever love the memories we made.
It was an incredible quiet morning with the best light. I am so grateful to photograph these two for their wedding this fall. I have no doubt I’ll enjoy getting to know them over the months to come and to watch their love grow even stronger!
